Reading
How entries move from unread to read, bookmarks, search across everything you follow, the full article text, and the layouts the reader offers.
The reader shows what is unread, newest first. These pages explain what counts as read, how to find an entry again, and how to get the whole article when a feed sends only a summary.
- Unread, read and bookmarks
What the reader counts as unread, how entries are marked read as you scroll or all at once, how to keep an entry with a bookmark, and how long entries stay.
- Search
Search every entry you follow by title, author and full text with Ctrl+K. Words match as prefixes, a quoted phrase matches exactly, and all words must match.
- Full article text
Many feeds send a summary. Re-fetch the original for one article, or turn on the crawler for a feed so every entry arrives with its full text.
- Layouts and themes
List, magazine and cards views, the reading pane beside the list or an article on its own, Zen for reading without the chrome, and light, dark and own themes.
