RSS feed for a Telegram channel

Telegram has no RSS of its own, and most "Telegram to RSS" services run through a bot that has to be added to the channel. MicroRSS reads the channel's public preview page instead, the one Telegram serves at t.me/s/<channel>, so any public channel works, including ones you do not own.

Paste a t.me link into Add Feed and the channel becomes a feed: each post is an entry with its text, photos, video thumbnails, documents, polls and the link preview card. Forwarded posts say where they came from.

What you get

  • The last ~20 posts on every refresh, then every new post as it appears
  • Photos and video thumbnails inside the entry, documents and polls listed
  • The post's own text as the entry, not the quoted reply or the link preview
  • The channel's avatar as the feed icon

How to add it

  1. 1
    Copy the link

Open the Telegram page you want to follow in your browser and copy its address.

  2. 2
    Paste it into Add Feed

MicroRSS recognises the link and offers the feed; nothing else to fill in.

  3. 3
    Read

New entries arrive on the feed's schedule, with the rest of your subscriptions.

Links that work

  • https://t.me/durov a channel link
  • https://t.me/s/telegram the preview-page spelling
  • https://t.me/telegram/250 a link to one post

Questions

Does Telegram have an RSS feed?
No. Telegram offers no RSS for channels; MicroRSS builds one from the public preview page.
Do I need to add a bot to the channel?
No. Nothing is added to the channel and the channel owner is not involved. It only has to be public.
Can I read a private channel?
Not with this. The preview page exists only for public channels.
