Feeds the site has but never links to

RSS feed for a Steam game's news and patch notes

The Steam store serves a news feed for every app, at an address the store page never shows. Paste the game's store or community page and MicroRSS subscribes to it: patch notes, announcements and events, as the developer posts them.

Each entry carries the full announcement with its images, so most patch notes read in full inside the reader.

What you get

  • Patch notes, announcements and event posts for one game
  • The full post, with images, not a teaser
  • The store page link or the community page link both work
  • One feed per game; a folder of them makes a patch-notes dashboard

How to add it

  1. 1
    Copy the link

Open the Steam page you want to follow in your browser and copy its address.

  2. 2
    Paste it into Add Feed

MicroRSS recognises the link and offers the feed; nothing else to fill in.

  3. 3
    Read

New entries arrive on the feed's schedule, with the rest of your subscriptions.

Links that work

  • https://store.steampowered.com/app/730/CounterStrike_2/ a store page
  • https://steamcommunity.com/app/730 a community hub
